PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order must contain all appropriate parts, components and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.
Normal handling of the product must be evident; damage due to careless or improper handling will not be accepted.
Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Any faults or defects must be identified immediately upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the returns process:

- Please ensure the e-mail includes the following:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage or defect
Customer's full name
Customer's address
We will then get in touch with you and provide the correct return address.
Never send a return without prior approval — we will provide you with the correct address once you have contacted us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION
We do not accept order cancellations once they have been confirmed. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you will need to wait for delivery and proceed with the return in accordance with our policy. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund, depending on the reason for the return.
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — have received or taken possession of the last item in the order.
As we operate a fully automated order system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. We are therefore unable to interrupt the shipping process prior to delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Glow Dublin by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail to support@glowdublin.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Returns of items in transit
As our products are dispatched from Asia, longer delivery times may occur which are outside of our control. If the item is already on its way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the item and then return it to us. You are of course welcome to inform us of your intention to return in advance.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation after dispatching the return.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract correctly, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Damaged or Defective Products Policy
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide proof of the damage or defect (such as photos or videos). Once the issue has been verified, a replacement product will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AND ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN EXPENSE.
